They do it on purpose to titillate. It's not an "oops, my clothes don't fit". It's a deliberate choosing of exhibitionism.

it totally gave her away and she and I both knew there was exactly nothing I could do about it. Hell, she used to babysit for our IT managers , so I wasn't going there. The sad part was, she might have actually been trying to get somewhere with me.... she used to practiy camp out in my office and found 'questionable' reasons to have long conversations there.

some might, but most probably need better sized pants/skirts, or low-rise undies. the whale tail is hardly an exhibitionist move when done over a filing cabinet...
